Where Our Privacy Rules Apply

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

PRIVACY DESK

Reaching Our Privacy Team

Questions about your data come to the privacy desk rather than the general lobby queue, so someone who handles records daily answers you. The desk runs every day from morning until late evening Pakistan time, and anything sent after hours is picked up on the next shift. Have your account email ready.

Team online

Live chat

Open the chat window on any page and pick the privacy option. Your session links to your account, so the agent already sees your request history straight away.

Email

Write to the privacy address at the foot of this page with your registered email and the date you joined. We usually answer inside a few working days.

Account settings

Open your profile to download a summary of the details we hold, change your contact number or close the account. Each edit confirms itself by email in seconds.

HOW WE WORK

How You Can Check This Policy

We write this page in the same language we use when you message our team, and each claim on it can be checked against your own account. Records teams, the payment desk...

Written by the operators

This section was drafted by the team that runs accounts and payments, not an outside agency. The storage windows described here match what our agents follow on shift.

Change log kept visible

Every edit to this policy carries a date, and older versions stay readable so you can compare what was promised when you joined with what still stands today.

Security practice described

We name the measures instead of hinting at them: encrypted connections, limited staff access to payment references, and two-step sign-in whenever account settings change. Each control appears above.

Grounded in local rails

Our payment passages name JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast because those are the rails you use. We describe what each shares and what stays inside your wallet.

Requests you can test

Ask for a copy of your stored details and you receive the same file our records desk works from. Spot an error and we fix it right away.

Help in your hours

The privacy desk runs on Pakistan hours and answers in English, with Urdu speakers on the same queue. Late messages wait for the next shift, not for days.

SIDE BY SIDE

How This Page Matches Our Other Policies

Our written pages share one structure so you can move between them without relearning the layout. The cookie section, the account terms and this privacy page use the same heading order, the...

01

Cookie notice

The cookie notice lists every tag we set, what each one does and how long each lives on your device. The retention terms here follow that same table closely.

02

Account terms

Account terms deal with sign-in, verification and closure, while this page explains the records behind them. Read both and you get the full picture of what we hold.

03

Payments policy

The payments page describes how JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast transfers are matched to your account. This page takes over and explains how long those stay on file.

04

Security notice

The security notice sets out how we protect sign-in and payment data. Every control named there is repeated in the storage and sharing passages here, so nothing contradicts.

05

Complaints route

If you disagree with how a request was handled, the complaints route sits outside the privacy desk. A second handler rechecks the file and writes back with a decision.

06

Language versions

This privacy page is published in English for Pakistani readers, and key passages are repeated in Urdu on request. Where the two read differently, the English text decides.

07

Date stamping

Each page carries the same revision date, taken from a single log our records desk keeps. When one policy changes we line the others up and publish together.

Common Questions About Your Stored Data

Your registration details, contact number, email, sign-in records and the payment references created when you move money through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast. We also hold messages you send our team.

We do not sell your details. Records go only to the processors needed to run your account, such as payment partners and the security tools that screen sign-ins. Those partners work under contract and cannot reuse your data.

Transfer references stay on file for as long as our accounting and dispute rules require, then move to a restricted archive. Live records are looked at each year, and anything no longer needed for a dispute is removed.

Yes. Open your profile and use the download tool, or ask the privacy desk and we will send the file by email. We check your identity first, with the same steps applied when you sign in.

Closing takes your profile out of the active system and ends all marketing contact. A limited set of transaction records stays in the archive because accounting rules call for it, and nothing there is used elsewhere.

Access is limited by role. Agents handling your chat see account basics, the payment desk sees transfer references, and the security unit can open sign-in logs when something needs looking into. Every look-up is logged.
